Following a hearing in Thurston County Superior Court, Judge James Dixon dismissed the legal challenge filed by the WBGA. In doing so, the Judge ruled from the bench in a strong fashion rejecting the argument that the financial well being of commercial sector was on a par with managing for conservation.
